ROCK CLIMBING:

 As ancient an exercise form as walking, the art of bouldering will be offered on our bouldering wall. Bouldering is lateral movement across the rock surface.

 Multilevel routes are put up on the wall and designated by color code tape, using an international rating system ranging from 5.5 to 5.14. 5.5 being the equivalent of scaling stairs and 5.14 somewhat more difficult than climbing the Empire State building, (which is approximately a 5.12).

 Bouldering as a therapy strengthens the bones, tendons, and muscles. It increase balance and dexterity in the entire body and is the ultimate functional strength training. This training modality is only offered as part of our personal training program.
