Wellness & Movement studio is the first of its kind located in the Clinton Hill section of the People's Republic of Brooklyn. Embora is a true wellness and movement-training center. In addition to offering both traditional and modern dance forms, it has an exceptional mind/body fitness component.
We offer classes in Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts and Holistic exercise, in a group, private or semi-private training formats. Various styles of massage therapy, acupuncture and nutrition ensure that total wellness services are available to maintain and enhance your quality of life. The studio is located on the ground floor at 900 Fulton Street at the corner of Washington Ave; a beautifully renovated 2500 sq. ft studio accented with beautiful wood, spacious windows and sprung wood floors.
SEMINARS, RETREATS AND SPECIAL EVENTS...
Embora is a community based wellness and movement facility and as such, we will be offering a variety of non-traditional programs that allow the participants to explore a wide range of activities in and out of the studio. Ongoing Group trips and activities: In the near future please look for group activities, which may include Power kite flying , Cross country Skiing, Camping and wilderness survival courses, Horse back riding and many others.
Retreats: In the summer season we look foreword to introducing intensive retreats in natural settings, which will enhance the specific training experience from Martial Arts, Fitness, Yoga and Dance disciplines.
